- Planning of product strategy:
- Planning of brand and product strategy
- Market trends, analysis and market research of the product trends
- Brand and product-specific sales promotion, planning of advertising
- Cooperation with other departments (development, production, sales, etc.)
- Planning and budget and performance management of the brand and product-specific sales and profit planning
- Secretariat of the New Product Committee (conference preparation, presentation, etc.)
- Research and development, manufacturing department, market research, legal, financial, sales, advertising, and design.
- Move the various departments, and planning and launch products.
- Product planning experience (more than 3 years)
- Product manager experience in food manufacturing or BM experience in the FMCG industry (more than two years)
- Profit and loss management experience
- 36 to 45 years old
