Duties and Responsibilities

- Research online and work with Associates to find on spec candidates that are a match for our top-tier client's career opportunities

- Engage candidates on the phone to seduce them with a pitch on career opportunities at top consulting companies

- Interview post and pre preparation

- Schedule meetings with clients

- Maintaining company internal database by inputting candidate info correctly

- negotiating Offer letter and getting it signed

Needed :

- English speaking ability (Need full English fluency)

- Serious Drive and Integrity. (everything else we can teach with world class training)

 

You are good at or you have :

- 1 or 2 years experience in recruiting company or similar

- Ability to communicate well in professional tone through telephone calls with manager level and above, professionals

- Email management, to reply with correct and persuasive tone

- Precise data entry to get correct info. into CRM consistently

- Analytical skills (boolean search, etc)

Extra Awesome:

- Previous experience using Bullhorn (CRM)

- Japanese language ability

- Masters degree
