This position will work closely with the Director of Digital Marketing to produce, create, and track a variety of content types for publication through multiple digital channels and management systems, including The 5 star Luxury Hotel Group website, social media channels, e-mail direct mail, online marketing campaigns, digital advertisements, and more.
Accountable for digital content initiatives to ensure consistent, accurate, and engaging offer-driven information following the brand guidelines and adapted for online use.
Update hotel offers and Japan-related promotions, perform regular website review as well as review of The 5 star Luxury Hotel Group’s online presence in third-party websites.
Work closely with Public Relations and Brand Communication team to ensure that all Japanese and English content follows brand standard and is approved prior to publishing, as well as working closely with the Director of Digital Marketing to produce monthly reports to track the success of online room, restaurant, bridal and spa web booking productions, online gift certificates, social media presence, and revinate guest comments.
Collaborate with external influencers such as designers, artists, bloggers, and social media influencers to produce relevant content that meets the needs of the hotel’s customer segments and key stakeholders.
Monitor and analyze competitors’ online activities and local online trends.
This role requires a high level of creativity, analytical savvy, strong attention to detail, proficiency in writing both in Japanese and English, and robust project management skills.
