Hiring : 

Manager, Senior Consultant, Consultant, Technology Consultant 

Preferred Experience in Each Role : 

Manager: project management experience at a consulting firm 

Senior Consultant: 3+ years of work experience at a consulting firm 

Consultant: work experience at a consulting firm 

Details : 

[Pre M&A] ITDD : analyze each IT areas through documents (including applications, infrastructure, operation structure, cost). Follow ups are done through Q&As and interviews and results of the analysis and M&A risks are submitted to client in the form of a report. 

[Post M&A] Provide PMI support services to ensure the success of M&A after transaction has been completed. 

Overall PMO : creating project integration policies and plans, proposing and managing synergy policies, project management (progress, issues, risks, process, communication, etc.), creating reports for submission to company management, meeting facilitations.

IT PMO : creating IT integration policies and plans (including digital strategy), support vendor selection, managing specification changes, test design and implementation, system training design and implementation, migration design and implementation, quality control, project management, creating reports for submission to company management, meeting facilitations.

Responsibilities :

[Pre M&A]  ITDD (IT Due Diligence) : Examination of current conditions and identifying M&A risks in each IT areas.

[Post M&A] Overall PMO : Creating overall plan and supporting execution after the completion of a transaction.

IT PMO : Creating IT plans and supporting execution (IT planning and digital formation support) after the completion of a transaction.

Qualifications : 

Work experience at a consulting firm (strategy, Big 4, IT, etc.) 

Experience in implementing or support in implementing system implementation projects 

Experience in analysis of current conditions in IT area 

Work experience from the planning phase 

Use of Power Point and Excel 

Presentation experiences with clients 

Welcomed Qualifications : 

ITDD experience 

Creating plans and supporting implementation after transaction completion 

BPR experience 

Programming experience 

Experience in digital areas 

Experience in finance, pharmaceutical , trading and/or private equity 

Knowledge in accounting 

CPA, MBA holder

Language : 

Work experience using English

Work experience using Japanese not required but helpful

Other languages like Mandarin and French not needed but very welcomed
